Len Barlik

Len Barlik is the executive vice president, chief network and field operations officer. In this role, he has end-to-end accountability for the architecture, planning, design, construction, reliable operation, and maintenance of the Cox network and its supporting infrastructure. Additionally, he leads the Cox local market teams responsible for government and public affairs.

 

Barlik joined Cox in 2010 as executive vice president of product development and management. He has served as chief strategy and chief human resources officer, chief operations officer, and most recently he was the company’s executive vice president, chief technology officer, overseeing product development, enterprise IT, cybersecurity, network engineering, outside plant construction, and service assurance.

 

Barlik has nearly 40 years of executive experience in technology and operations roles, having previously worked at Sprint Nextel and Procter & Gamble. He holds undergraduate degrees in engineering and computer science from Lafayette College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
