Rachel Hubscher Promoted to Director of Creative Services for Cox Communications

ATLANTA – The promotion of Rachel Hubscher to Director of Creative Services for Cox Communications Inc. was announced today by Tony Maldonado, Vice President of Acquisition and Marketing Sciences.

In her new role, Hubscher will be responsible for the development of brand, positioning and competitive advertising developed in Atlanta for Cox Communications and Cox Business Services.

In making the announcement, Maldonado said, “Rachel's experience in cable and advertising gives her a unique ability to balance complex advertising needs with impactful creative ideas. Her contributions over the past five years demonstrate a proven track record of adapting to new competitive challenges and the growing demands on advertising.”

Hubscher joined Cox in 2002 as Manager of Video Advertising. Most recently she served as Manager of Branding and Advertising Strategy. Prior to joining Cox, Hubscher served as an Account Supervisor for BBDO Atlanta, where she managed advertising initiatives for clients such as Progress Energy, the Georgia World Congress Center and Georgia Natural Gas.

A graduate of Boston College, Hubscher holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
